• All bids are considered final and represent a commitment to purchase

• Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed

• Bids must follow the stated minimum increment; non-conforming bids may be adjusted

• The highest valid bid at closing will be deemed the winner

• In the event of a tie, the earliest bid at that amount will be considered the winner

• Auction will close at the stated time; bids placed after closing will not be accepted

• Descriptions are provided in good faith; however, the organizer makes no guarantees regarding condition, value, or authenticity unless explicitly stated

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided

• All items must be claimed at the event or as otherwise arranged

• Payment is expected promptly following the close of the auction

• The auction organizer reserves the right to reject, void, or cancel any bid and to resolve any disputes at their discretion
