Application Process
(2027-2028 school year)
FISW is now accepting applications for the 2027–2028 school year!

NEW! We launched our Two-Year-Old Program (Age 2), on September 2026.
Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your child and family while giving you the opportunity to experience our bilingual, community-centered learning environment.

Steps to Apply

Submit an Online Application

​2026–27 School Year: Applications are still open based on space availability. Families interested in joining FISW during the current school year are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

2027–28 School Year: Applications are now open. We encourage families to apply by our Priority Application Date of January 19, 2027. Applications received after this date will continue to be considered based on space availability.

Submit a Tuition Assistance Application (if applicable)
Families applying for tuition assistance should complete their application by January 18, 2027, end of day.
Required documents such as W-2s may be submitted later, up to April 11, 2027. -
Schedule an Assessment or Visit

Two-Year-Old and Preschool (under 3 years old): No formal assessment required. A Meet & Greet with the teacher is still required.

Preschool (age 3), Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten: Group assessments will be held once a month, depending on the number of applications received.

Grades 1–5: Applicants are invited for a Shadow Day or Classroom visit by appointment.

Receive an Admissions Decision Families who apply by January 2027 will be notified of their admissions decision by the end of January 2027.

Confirm Enrollment
Once you receive your enrollment contract, you will have one week to complete the enrollment agreement and submit the tuition deposit to secure your child’s space.

Important Dates

December 4, 2026 – Priority deadline for sibling applicants
January 18, 2027 – Admissions application priority deadline
January 18, 2027 – Financial Aid application due date (W-2 may be submitted later, before April 12, 2026)

Admission Requirements
We have no language proficiency requirements for children entering in the Two-Year-old program, preschool, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten.
For children entering in 1st - 5th grade, existing language proficiency in French is required.
