Meet Your PTA Co-Presidents

Rashmi Ahuja

Bonjour FISW Familles,

We moved to Seattle in 2019. As we wanted to continue the French immersion education our children were getting in Canada, we visited several schools that offered a French education program and decided FISW would be the best fit for our children and family.

The school’s inclusive bilingual culture and the wonderful FISW community of teachers, staff and parents have made us feel  welcomed and made the transition from Canada to US very smooth. Hearing our children Saisha (3rd grader) and Saransh (5th grader) talk so positively about their teachers, seeing the pride and joy in their eyes when they tell people ‘we attend FISW’ is the reason I choose to become the Co-President of the PTA. I decided I would like to be part of the programs and events that help enhance students' experiences at school. I encourage every one of you to come join me and contribute to this wonderful school and help our community grow from strength to strength.

Hi FISW Community.

I'm excited to be your PTA co-President, serving alongside Rashmi as well as the PTA officers. My family joined the  FISW community in February. We have two children attending the school - Isabella in Kindergarten and Iain in Petit.

I chose to be part of the PTA because I  see a great opportunity to collaborate with the parents and school administration to create a cohesive FISW community.
