Last Friday, the Globe-trotters traveled to France and met Cécile Hurbault. Cécile is a comedian who specialized in puppets. She created a company with her husband called Les Jeux de Vilains. They offer a variety of shows, camps, conferences and workshops about theater.

Cécile la Vilain presented to our Globe-trotters the behind-the-scenes of her show “Le Grand Méchant Renard”, showed them how she created the puppets, talked about different kinds of puppets and even did a short extract of the show just for them!

Our second graders loved it, they even got to make their own puppets with “dad old socks”!

This event has been organized in partnership with Made in France, an open door to the French-speaking world who offers you Le Mag’ fr@ncophone.
