Day in the Life of a Doctor for Students in Grades 3-5
Up to 30 lucky third through fifth grade students and alumni will get an inside peak at the life of a doctor at Swedish Hospital in Issaquah.
At this 3-hour event + lunch, students will enjoy an interactive presentation with surgeon and FISW parent Dr. Janelle Shin about her life as a doctor and an inside view into what is involved in patient care at a major hospital. Then, students will get a behind the scenes tour of this state-of-the-art hospital, including a Q&A with a nurse in a real ER room!
Then, students can enjoy discussing all that they've learned as they enjoy lunch with Janelle on the Swedish Issaquah campus.

There are 5 events that take place across the US and Australia with Seattle being the largest, boasting 120,000 people across the 4-day event. These passes tend to sell out quickly when they go on sale and are extremely difficult to obtain!
