We are a member of the Association of French Schools in North America (AFSA).

AFSA schools are part of a larger international network of French schools, the Association des écoles françaises à l’étranger (AEFE).

We also have an ongoing exchange with L’école des champs in the village of Misery in the Normandie region of France. Each spring our Fifth Graders travel to Miserey to visit L’école des champs and stay with their pen pals. Approximately every three years, the hosts become the exchange students as Miserey students visit FISW.
