Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions:

• Do I need to install something on my computer/tablet?

No. Microsoft Teams works online. There is a desktop version that you can install but you do not have to.
 

• How do we do if we have one computer to share and our child(ren) can’t be connected at the scheduled time?

Teachers will record their e-class so if your child(ren) miss it they can replay the class later.
 

• When can I/my child(ren) can ask questions to the teacher?

Teachers will have e-office hours throughout their day when students are expected to work on their own but can connect with the teacher if a question arise.
 

• Who do I ask if my chil(ren) has/have trouble with his/her/their work or questions about it?

Please first ask your teacher and don’t forget they have e-office hours in their schedule specifically to answer your questions about the work they sent. You can also contact Barbara or Marco.
 

• Who do I ask for help in case of technical issues?
