Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions:
Do I need to install something on my computer/tablet?
No. Microsoft Teams works online. There is a desktop version that you can install but you do not have to.
How do we do if we have one computer to share and our child(ren) can’t be connected at the scheduled time?
Teachers will record their e-class so if your child(ren) miss it they can replay the class later.
When can I/my child(ren) can ask questions to the teacher?
Teachers will have e-office hours throughout their day when students are expected to work on their own but can connect with the teacher if a question arise.
Who do I ask if my chil(ren) has/have trouble with his/her/their work or questions about it?
Who do I ask for help in case of technical issues?
