French as a Second Language (FLE)If your child has not yet been exposed to French, it's not too late! The French Immersion School of Washington is proud to be the only French school in the state of Washington and one of the few in the United States to offer a French as a Second Language Class (FLE). This class is specifically designed for non-French speaking children older than kindergarten age who desire to become bilingual. After one year, they are capable of meeting the demands of the standard program. This class allows children to become bilingual without setbacks in the natural progression of their academic education.
